IT System Guardian
IT System Guardian is designed to allow IT operations (be it ours or yours) to monitor and manage every aspect of their hardware, software, and network infrastructure. In order to facilitate this, IT System Guardian (ITSG) provides built-in capabilities to manage many of the common network services which are critical to the environment. ITSG can accurately monitor the health and performance of anything from memory usage to mail servers, to DHCP services. ITSG also provides event management capabilities which can track errors and responses from most applications and services to facilitate alerting and problem diagnosis in conjunction with the monitored values. This information is accessible through an advanced management portal that can be made available to key IT management personnel in your organization. Alerts are sent via email or pager to Guru IT Solutions field engineers and can be sent to your IT staff as well.
